As for City, they have failed to defend their crown and have crashed out after losing to Real on penalties.
Antonio Rudiger scored the crucial penalty after the tie finished 1-1 on the night and 4-4 on aggregate, with Rodrygo opening the scoring before Kevin de Bruyne equalised for City.
